Preparation & Cooking Suggestsions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Place frozen fllets, charred side up, on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 13- 17 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 24-28 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM. MICROWAVE: Place 2 portions of frozen fish, charred side up, in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. Loosely cover and microwave on HIGH power for 5 1?2 to 6 1?2 Minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum. Let stand covered in microwave for about 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. CAUTION: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
