COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Placefrozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 23-25 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.TO BROIL: Place frozen fillets breaded side up 8 inches below broiler. Preheat oven to 425°F and broil for 12-15 minutes. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place frozen fillets in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. Loosely cover and microwave on high power for 6 minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through heating. NOTE: cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.
