  • 1 tsp
    Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 ea
    Avocado, quartered
  • 12 ea
    Slices of Cooked Bacon
  • 1 ea
    Small Red Onion, shaved thin
  • 8 ea
    Tomato Slices
  • 8 ea
    Leaves Leaf Lettuce
  • 8 ea
    Slices of Thick 1/2" Cut Sourdough Bread, or preferred bread
  • 4 ea
    FireRoasters Smoky Applewood Salmon Fillets


  1. Prepare the fireroasters salmon per the package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the basil mayo. Place the mayonnaise, basil leaves, lemon zest and juice in a food processor. Puree for 30 seconds, stopping to scrape down the bowl. Puree for another 30 seconds until completely mixed. Set aside for future use.
  3. Toast or Grill the sourdough bread until golden brown.
  4. Build individual sandwiches with a few slices of red onion, 2 slices of tomato, 2 lettuce leaves and 3 slices of bacon. Finish sandwiches with one portion of fully cooked salmon, a sliced ¼ of fresh avocado and approximately 2 tbsp of basil mayo.
  5. Serve with appropriate side of choice.

Pairing Suggestions

Round out this delicious meal with a nice steamed vegetable or a light Caesar salad. Or add a little more to the sandwich with a drizzle of garlic oil.
