    Cod Fillet
  • 2 cups
    Cornflakes, crumbed
  • ½ cup
    Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp
    Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp
    Black Pepper
  • 2 ea
    Large Eggs Whites
  • 2 ea
    Honey Mustard
  • Dipping Sauce


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick pan spray. Mix the cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs and spices in a shallow bowl. Mix well. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl. Cut fish into long strips. Dip each strip of fish into the egg mixture and then into the crumb mixture. Repeat as necessary. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until fish is fully cooked. Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
