    Iceberg, Bibb or Romaine Lettuce Leaves, separated
  • 50 slices
    Fully Cooked Bacon
  • 2 ½ pounds
    Fresh Tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 ½ pounds
    Cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1 cup
    Italian Dressing


Prepare the mozzarella sticks according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, on a large work surface spread out the separated lettuce leaves individually. Onto each lettuce leaf place approximately ½ ounce each of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers respectively, as well as a half a piece of fully cooked bacon. Top each lettuce wrap with one fully cooked mozzarella stick and drizzle with approximately 1 teaspoon of Italian dressing.
